Hello, we are 27 days away from the tournament and auction. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please sponsor a sign, and sign up to play a round of golf. If you don’t play, come have some BBQ and purchase an auction item or raffle. If you plan to participate, please email James W. Chambers at [email protected] with your team information, including player names and handicaps. The deadline for hole sponsors is October 10, 2025. Sponsorship levels include Bronze at $100, Silver at $200, Gold at $300, and Platinum at $1000. We are still accepting donations for the auctions and raffle items. Raffle boards will feature gift cards from local restaurants, retail stores, and a detailed car wash valued at $150. The total value of the board is still increasing. Please consider donating. If you are short on time, you can Venmo your donation and we will purchase a gift card on your behalf. We also need lottery scratch-off tickets.
