21st Annual Boulder Garden Tour

On Saturday, June 28, 9 am - 2 pm, the 21st Annual Boulder Garden Tour will take guests through 8 -10 unique, private gardens and homesteads in the historic Mapleton Hill neighborhood! Along the way, there will be community booths on topics related to sustainable gardening and yard care. Garden features will include vegetables, flowers, herbs, fruit trees, honey bees, native plants, natural gardens, water features, and lots of special settings and amazing views!

New this year - Garden to Table will highlight different aspects of our educational program at each garden! Students, parents, volunteers, and staff will take visitors through sample lessons and demonstrations of our 20 years of impact on over 14,000 students.

Children under 12 are free!

Headquarters will be at Mapleton Early Childhood Center, 840 Mapleton Ave, Boulder. This site will have check-in, bathrooms, food for purchase, sponsor booths, and a silent auction.

A second check-in site will be available up the hill at the corner of 4th Street and Mapleton Aveue, with a neaby port-a-potty.

This is a self-guided tour and could be walked or biked in its entirety, which we highly encourage! Please navigate the tour in whatever way meets your needs, abilities, and interests. The round trip distance is approximately 2 miles with 120 feet of elevation gain.

The event will take place rain or shine, and no refunds will be made.

Be sure to visit the silent auction at Headquarters at Mapleton Early Childhood Center. We have a fabulous selection of garden-related items and high-end restaurant gift cards donated by local businesses!

All proceeds will benefit the local nonprofit Garden to Table. From North to South Boulder, and from the foothills east through Louisville, Lafayette and Broomfield, Garden to Table provides garden management, standards-based curriculum, teacher training, and volunteer support to Boulder Valley schools so that all PK-5 students can participate in experiential, garden-based learning every year.
