Join us on November 19th, 2025 as we welcome TCCS anchor partners for a 211 site visit!
As trusted partners in the Toronto Community Crisis Service (TCCS), Anchor Partners know 211 as the community-led dispatch that supports timely, coordinated crisis response. We’re excited to invite you into our space and share our work with your teams.
This visit offers a chance to explore the 211 system in action—from how crisis calls are triaged and dispatched to the broader services and supports that shape our role in information and referrals as well as community response. This site visit is also an opportunity to reconnect, reflect on what we’ve built together, and exchange insights on how our collective efforts continue to shape a more accessible, compassionate crisis response system in Toronto.
As space is limited, we are capping attendance at the first 12 people who register. If you’re unable to join us this time, please note that there will be more opportunities to visit in the coming year.
