United Way of Greater Toledo invites you to join us for an in-depth training on 211. This half-day training is open to all community members who want to better understand how 211 works and can help people find resources when they are in need. Some topics will be geared specifically toward service providers, navigators, and front line staff, who may be experiencing challenges providing help when there are few resources available in the community.
