20th District Officer Leadership Training WorkshopIn the past this event had been referred to as Deacon and Warden Training. Our intent is to help officers plan and prepare for a successful progression through the offices and year in the East and to promote leadership skills in general.
Some of the topics to be covered:
1) Important dates, forms and events that you need to know
2) Your role as leader in your Lodge and provide ideas on how to govern
3) Some of the expectations of the District Deputies and the Grand Lodge of Ohio
4) How to be better prepared for your Inspection
This workshop is being provided to give you the knowledge and tools for a successful year, to make the most of your time in the East, and not have an experience of "Trial by Fire", but rather an enjoyable one. While Deacons and Wardens are encouraged to attend, this is open to everyone. We look forward to seeing you there.
