Prenatal (10 Hours):
Understanding the anatomical and physiological changes of pregnancy
Modifying poses as pregnancy progresses.
Building effective sequences for strength, stability, and relaxation
Addressing common discomforts, contraindications and emotional support
Postnatal (10 Hours):
The body's healing process after birth
Safe and effective core and pelvic floor reintegration
Designing sequences that support recovery, strength, and balance
Addressing the physical and emotional needs of new parents
Teaching Considerations:
How to skillfully adapt classes for pre- and post-natal students when they attend general public yoga sessions
Creating inclusive, supportive spaces for all birthing experiences and post natal care
