Women in Defense STEM Program is excited to host their annual Pi-Day event with in-person and virtual options.
This WID-Michigan STEM event is open to 5th - 8th grade students within Michigan.
Space is limited to 30 students.... After signing up, students or parents will receive an email to confirm registration with additional details.
Students should arrive 30 minutes prior to event start time.
Get ready for an afternoon of fun as we learn about STEM Careers in the Defense Industry while exploring the latest technology at BAE Systems.
Must register by March 10th
- 11:20 AM – Arrivals and Student Check In
- 11:30 AM – Introduction to Women in Defense and BAE Systems
- 11:45 AM – Careers in Defense – Hear from Young Professionals
- 12:10 PM – Tours of BAE Systems Technology Lab
- 1:20 PM – Q&A and time to tour info tables
- 1:30 PM – Departures
Ticket types would be
-Student (limit 30)
-Teacher (limit 20)
-Parent (limit 20)
-Volunteer (limit 20)
