Start 2026 with clarity, intention, and creativity! Join Silent Book Club - Plano for a relaxed Vision Board Meetup where you’ll design a personal, inspiring visual roadmap for the year ahead. Whether you’re manifesting new opportunities, focusing on self-growth, or simply wanting a creative reset, this meetup is the perfect space to reflect, dream, and craft your goals among supportive company.
A vision board is a collage of images, words, and symbols that represent what you want to welcome into your life. By creating a visual representation of your goals, you activate motivation, clarity, and daily inspiration. Vision boards can be themed around anything—wellness, mindset, home, relationships, finances, travel, or the overall energy you want to carry into 2026.
During the meetup, you’ll have two full hours of open crafting time to build your board at your own pace. There’s no set schedule and no pressure—just a cozy, creative atmosphere where you can cut, paste, dream, and design however you’d like.
This is a bring your own materials event (aside from basic supplies. See below). Please bring all of your own materials, including your board, pens, stickers, and any specific decorative items you enjoy using. We strongly encourage you to print your photos beforehand or bring magazines to share so you have plenty of images and words to choose from.
Your $5 ticket helps cover basic communal supplies, including glue sticks, scissors, a few vision-board–focused books for inspiration, and other simple shared materials to ensure everyone has what they need.
No food or drinks will be provided at this meetup. While a purchase is not required, we kindly encourage attendees to consider supporting the business hosting our group, as we are grateful to use their space at no charge. Even a small purchase helps us maintain a positive relationship and continue holding community events like this one.
Whether you're new to vision boards or a longtime fan, you’ll leave with a customized creation and clearer intentions for your year ahead.
Please note: This is NOT a junk journal meetup. We’ll be focusing specifically on vision boards for this event. A junk-journal-focused meetup will be held in February for those interested!
