4. Intuitive Drawing Exercise
Tap into your inner visionary with a guided exercise to spark your creativity.
5. Vision Board Creation
Spend the remainder of the day creating your vision board with personalized support from facilitators.

Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner and Medicine Woman, weaving IFS informed Expressive Arts Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Reiki energy work, and Somatic trauma therapy together to create multidimensional transformation plans for her clients. With her profound experience and unique approach, she has been helping individuals tap into their creative potential as a path to healing and self-discovery.
