About this Event
Victoria Chinese New Year Gala is a long-standing traditional program celebrating Chinese New Year in Victoria, with nearly a decade of history. Each year, more than one thousand local residents—including Chinese families and students—come together to welcome the Lunar New Year through an exciting celebration of music, dance, songs, comedy, and drama.
As the largest Chinese New Year festival in the local community, the Gala showcases a vibrant mix of modern and traditional performances. The program features talented artists, groups, societies, and individuals from the Chinese community, as well as artists from other local communities, highlighting cultural diversity and unity.
Organized by the Victoria Chinese Art and Culture Association, the program will last approximately one and a half hours.
