HOW IT GOES DOWN
The event runs round-robin knockout style:
- Everyone lifts the same weight
- Make the lift → you advance
- Miss the lift → eliminated
- Weight climbs every round until only the strong remain
Athletes will be placed into heats with predetermined starting weights and increases based on experience level.

When we’re down to the FINAL 3 ATHLETES, the rules change.
Each lifter gets to CALL THEIR OWN WEIGHTS for their last three attempts. Strategy. Nerves. Power. Who wants it most?
SAMPLE HEATS (subject to change)
Men
- Heat 1: 60kg → 120kg
- Heat 2: 90kg → 170kg
Women
- Heat 1: 25kg → 65kg
- Heat 2: 45kg → 110kg
