Hello everyone , Our Heartfelt Yoga tribe is planning for our 5 th annual Yoga Camp!! This years theme is In the Jungle the Mighty Jungle …” with a focus on the elements in relationship to animals !!! Animal asanas many are named after animals who take on many of our poses!
Bodhi Darma was meditating in a cave high in the mountains when he took notice of all of the stretches and movements animals instantly do .. he brought what he learned to the Shalon priests that weren’t well from just sitting and meditating . They mastered the poses and became famous for their grace and vitality … later asked by the emperor to train their troops !!!
And from this came many of our many yoga asanas!
Our yoga camp will be the last week of January from 10:30 til 12 everyday ,Monday - Friday with a luncheon with lots of fun and games after class on the last day so Friday is 10:30 -3:00…
So soon we will put out the info in December . Hope to see you all at camp January 26 th - 30th, 2026 ! Wow ! Wahe Guru!!!
