This free and engaging conference provides strategies and resources to empower and support teens on their mental health and wellness journey. The conference will include teen and adult workshops and panel discussions. A light breakfast and lunch will also be provided. The conference is beneficial to teen attendees (ages 12-17) in middle school, junior high, and high school.
