Spring 2026 Semester of Success!
Spring Group Classes:
A total of 18 weeks for spring with the option of Live and Virtual Group Classes on Mondays and Live ONLY on Thursdays. We will meet at Sparkle Headquarters on Mondays at 7 PM EDT and on Thursdays at 10:30 AM EDT for in-person meetings. On Mondays, we will offer a virtual meeting as well. Our virtual platform is Zoom. Meetings are recorded and sent out every Friday. We will have weekly weigh-ins for accountability. You report your weight via email each Monday.
Classes begin Monday, January 5th at 7pm and our last class will be Thursday, May 14th at 10:30AM. We will take off the week of April 6th for Cobb County School's Spring Break.
Spring Group Classes Include:
• Each NEW Member Will Receive an Electronic Copy of the updated Sparkle Healthy Living Guide
• Traditional Group Classes 2X per Month with Small Group Support Classes on Alternating Weeks

• 2 Private Facebook Support Pages: SparkleOn Rockstars (Wellness) and Sparkle Fitness (Fitness) if you are enrolled in Sparkle Fitness

• Monthly Weight Maintenance Classes with Notes and In-Person Extras
• 5K a Month Challenge for the Year with Completion Award (given in December)
• Sparkle Overnight Hike to Len Foote Hike Inn
Sparkle Bingo / Prizes Awarded for Completion of Bingo Card
