Refund Policy

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes you can transfer your ticket for another event but must give us a minimum notice of 48 hours.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes we will register a different name if required on the night of the event.#
How are matches revealed?
To receive your matches all participants will need to have a basic profile viewable to your dates. This is automatically created on purcahsing your ticket. Only first names, ages, location and sex will be shown on your profile, all other information is kept confidential. If matched you can message your date on our private messaging platform.
