2026 SESAF Annual Meeting

Join us Tuesday morning for a visit to Austin Cary Forest, where you’ll get an inside look at the projects and research led by University of Florida forestry and natural resources students. Established in 1938, this 2,040-acre teaching and research forest serves as a living laboratory, allowing students to apply concepts from protection, silviculture, mensuration, economics, and other academic disciplines in a real-world setting.

*Group transportation to these sites will not be provided by SESAF. Attendees are encouraged to carpool.

Divisions, chapters, companies and individuals are encouraged to donate at least one item to the auction. Proceeds support the SESAF Student Scholarships. Your participation and support are appreciated!

Info: Exhibitor set-up will begin at 2:00 pm at the Hilton Conference Center. Tables are available on a first-come first-served basis. Tables will be designated by sponsorship level. Following booth set up, please join us at the Austin Cary Forest for the Welcome Reception.
