Senior pictures are scheduled for Wednesday, October 8 during English class. Pearce Photography will be taking traditional yearbook photos as well as optional cap and gown photos in the LMC. They will be uploaded on pearcephoto.com a week after your student takes their portrait. Enter any email address and the student lunch number as the password to see your student's photo and place an order for prints. If your student is enrolled in LSR7 Online Academy, come to LSN on any scheduled picture day between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM if you want your portrait included in the 2025-26 yearbook. You can also contact Pearce directly at (816) 331-8586 to schedule a time to have your portrait taken at their studio. If your senior took advantage of Pearce’s summer in-studio sessions July 28-August 1, you DO NOT need to get your picture retaken at this time. Retake & Make Up Picture Day is Friday, November 7 in Studio 2006; your student’s picture must be taken by this date to be included in the yearbook.

Please help us ensure that your student is following the dress code. We encourage seniors to dress up—suit and tie, dress shirt and tie, collared shirt, solid color dressier tops or sweaters. The following accessories and items are not allowed in portraits and students who are wearing or have such will be asked to remove them before their photo is taken: no hats, no hands, no headphones, no sunglasses, no backpacks, and no purse straps. They will be asked to wear a jacket if they are wearing off-the-shoulder tops or spaghetti straps that make them appear nude in their photo (yearbook photos are cropped at the shoulders) or shirts with inappropriate images or lingo. Students who are not in compliance with these rules will not have their photo featured in the yearbook.
