Williams Wildland Fire Services will hold our S-130-S-190 Virtual courses February 25th-28th, 2026, and our Annual RT-130 Refresher and Pack Test Field Day on February 28th, 2026 in Daytona Beach, Florida. The schedule is as follows:

To be fully certified as a Basic Wildland Firefighter Type 2 (FFT2), you will be required to complete an S-130, S-190 and a Field Day. This includes field day with engines and hand tools. The field day includes the work capacity test (pack test). You must come to field day with your own personal 45# pack. FFT2 TRAINEES MAY TAKE THE S-130 FIELD DAY PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE ON-LINE COURSE WORK. A CERTIFICATE FOR COMPLETING THE COURSE AND THE PACK TEST WILL BE ISSUED UPON COMPLETION.
