This beloved winter tradition returns with more chocolate, more music, more activities, and more reasons to fall in love with downtown Willimantic 🐸!
For one magical day, Main Street transforms into a walkable chocolate village filled with family-friendly fun, live entertainment, art, shopping, and sweet surprises around every corner. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-time visitor, this year’s festival promises something for everyone—kids, couples, food lovers, artists, and chocolate devotees alike!

🍫 The Chocolate Chip Stroll:
Think trick-or-treating… but with Valentine’s décor and LOADS of chocolate! Stroll up and down Main Street and surrounding areas, visiting shops, vendors, and pop-ups offering sweet samples and surprises.
🏃♀️💘 The Annual “Cupid Made Me Do It” 2-Mile Run/Walk:
A fun, heart-healthy way to kick off the day—benefiting the Windham Area Interfaith Ministry (WAIM)!
🎂 The Annual Cake Baking Contest:
Sponsored by Silk City Coffee and Ever So Sweet Bakers, this year’s contest is bigger than ever with TONS of amazing prizes! Bakers of all skill levels are encouraged to enter!
🎶 Live Music Across Downtown:
Enjoy performances at multiple locations throughout the day, including Kerri Gallery, Jewels Verne Jewelers, A Cupcake For Later, The ACT Performing Arts High School Lobby, The River Room, and more!
