About this Event
Parents for School Options (PSO) is the national voice for parents.
It's more important now than ever for legislators and policymakers to understand the value and need for full-time virtual schooling, hybrid learning, microschooling, and school choice in Oklahoma.
We invite families and students to join us at the Oklahoma Historical Center on Feb. 25th.
After a FREE lunch, we will head to the Capitol to meet your legislators and share our stories.
Tentative Schedule:
- 10:00 a.m. Arrival & Check-in
- 10:00 a.m. -11:30 a.m. - Free access to Oklahoma History Center Museum galleries and partner booths, courtesy of PSO.
- 11:30 to Noon Legislative Advocacy information and remarks
- Noon to 1:00 p.m. FREE Lunch compliments of the Parents for School Options
- 1:00 p.m. Depart for Capitol Building and Scavenger Hunt
- 2:00 p.m. Capitol Day Concludes
Please note: we are capped at 300 tickets this year and we have had more than 400 register each year for the past 4 years. RSPV quickly--and release your ticket if you aren't going to be able to make it to ensure we allow in as many families as possible.
