The 12th annual Pennsylvania ProStart Invitational will take place on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA.ProStart students from across Pennsylvania are invited to compete in the Pennsylvania ProStart Invitational, a one-day event which allows students to showcase their skills and talents in restaurant management, culinary arts, and baking. This is our state’s qualifier for the National ProStart Invitational which will take place in Baltimore April 24-26, 2026.
