2026 One-Year Action Plan Request for Proposals (RFP) Workshop #1

The 2026 Annual Action Plan will mark the fifth and final year of the Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2022-2026). This workshop will provide essential information on federal funding sources, including HOME, HOPWA, CDBG, ESG, and reprogrammed HOME and CDBG funds (FY21-24), and our new application system Wizehive/Submittable. In addition, attendees are invited to participate in the workshop to learn how to have their voices heard through our Resident Participation process.

Throughout the workshop, participants can expect to engage in group discussions and breakout sessions. Participants will learn about housing needs, market conditions, goals, and multi-year strategies for addressing the city’s housing and community development requirements.
