Roots & Wings Integrative Wellness to Host Free “New Year, True Me” Wellness Expo on Saturday
Endicott, NY — January 10, 2026 — Roots & Wings Integrative Wellness invites the community to kick off the new year with intention, healing, and connection at the New Year, True Me Wellness Expo, a free, all-ages community event taking place on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Southern Tier Community Center, located at 1 Clubhouse Road in Endicott
The Wellness Expo brings together a diverse group of local wellness professionals, small businesses, and community organizations offering services and resources focused on health, mindfulness, creativity, and holistic well-being. Designed to support individuals and families at the start of the new year, the event emphasizes personal growth, self-care, and meaningful community connection.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a vibrant wellness marketplace, connect with practitioners, and participate in free mini-workshops throughout the day. Workshops include guided experiences such as energetic detox and healing, yoga and intention-setting, mindful charm-making, and a healthy vegan cooking demonstration, offering practical tools participants can take home and use in daily life
The Expo also features dozens of local wellness vendors and organizations representing areas such as fitness, mental health, energy work, holistic beauty, nutrition, creative arts, and community services. By spotlighting local providers, the event strengthens regional wellness networks while making holistic resources more accessible to the public.
“New Year, True Me is about creating space for people to reconnect with themselves and each other,” said Abigayle Bennett, the owner of Roots & Wings Integrative Wellness and organizer for the event. “This event is free and open to everyone, because wellness should be inclusive, supportive, and rooted in community.”
