2026 NAIOP Real Estate Challenge

This year, leading students from the University of Alberta, the University of Calgary, and the University of British Columbia will present bold, innovative redevelopment proposals for the Armco Capital owned Revillon, Boardwalk, Atrium, and Parkade Buildings (find more information on the RFP here).

After months of preparation and collaboration with industry subject matter experts, the top two finalist teams are ready to take the stage.

On March 17, 2026, attend an exclusive reception featuring the final presentations. Watch the top two teams go head-to-head as they present their redevelopment visions, demonstrate their strategic thinking, and compete for the final award. Be there to support the competitors, celebrate the industry’s brightest up-and-coming professionals, and see firsthand which team takes home the top prize.
