Event details
Competitor/Participant Registration:
- Any chorus or quartet member competing or performing at Midwinter must purchase a full convention registration, as per contest rules.
- If members are found to have violated this rule, their group may be subject to disqualification.
ADA Seating:
- Flexible seating for wheelchairs or guests of ADA attendees is available in the rear of the orchestra section. Venue staff will assist on-site.
- All levels of seating are accessible by elevator
Refund Policy:
- All convention registrations are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person at any time without additional fees.
- To transfer your registration to another person, or to make any updates to our registration information, please follow the instructions on your Eventbrite order confirmation.
Venue/Entry Details:
- You will need your printed or electronic ticket to be scanned on-site.
- No outside food or drink is allowed inside the venue.
Bringing the kids?:
- Strollers are permitted in the venue, but unless in ADA seating, you will need to climb stairs to reach your seats.
- There will be no Barbertots room at Midwinter; it is available only at the International convention.

- Wednesday: Board and other meetings, Rehearsals
- Thursday: Registration opens 9 AM, Keynote, NextGen Jr. Quartet Contest, Evening Show, Afterglow
- Friday: Chorus Festival, Evening Show, Afterglow
- Saturday: Seniors Quartet Championship, Evening Show, Afterglow
Day Passes:
- Day Passes are not guaranteed, but the decision to make them available will not be made until approximately 30 days before the event.
- Please note that if they do become available, Day Pass registrations are seated in a separate section from individuals with a full week registration.

Marketplace:
- The Harmony Marketplace will be located in Pasadena Conference Center
VIP Seating:
- VIP Premium seats are reserved for Donors giving at the $1,000+ annual level ( President's Council), District Presidents, Society Board, Chapter Presidents, Hall of Fame, AIC, and AISQC Members.
- Seating will be assigned by BHS staff in January 2026.
