About this Event
The New Home Star MENSA Program was designed to strengthen our vision of becoming the best new home sales company in the world, elevate training in each region, and develop future leaders within the organization.
Each year, one standout applicant from every division is selected to join MENSA and guide newly hired Sales Trainees through their onboarding journey.
MENSA members support the growth and effectiveness of all Mentors in their division, while also mentoring Trainees, coaching them through the NHS training playbook, and coordinating learning time with Division Experts. Participants selected for MENSA gain access to specialized out-of-market training that further enhances their professional development.
