Theme: "Rising from the Ashes" was chosen to highlight the continued struggles faced, but prevailed by TRIO and GEAR UP staff and advocators as they continue to fight for students and programs alike nationally.

Dates: January 8-9th, 2026
Location: Black Bear Inn, located in Orono, ME (Lodging on site for those that need it, view MEEOA website for details)
Pre-conference: January 7th, 2026 from1-4PM, led by Maine Youth Thriving - "The Power of Positive Experiences"
