Join us for the premiere of the award winning short films made by talented young filmmakers!
About this Event
Join us for a red carpet premiere celebrating the creativity of emerging filmmakers (ages 14–22) at the Latest Generation Film Contest. This year's winning short documentaries bring the theme "Think Anew, Act Anew" to life through bold, original stories—from civil rights leaders and dance pioneers to comic book rebels and advocates from the Deaf community who dared to reimagine what is possible.
🕜 Reception with food & drinks: 4:00 PM
🎥 Film Premiere Program: 5:00 PM
🏆 Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be presented in three age categories (14–16, 17–19, 20–22), along with three special recognition awards.
The program is a partnership between the Lincoln Presidential Foundation and The Better Angels Society and is funded through the Amy Margerum Berg Education Fund.
