Join me at my _37th_ weekend crop: the 2026 Kathy Baids Winter Weekend Crop on January 23-25, 2026!We will be scrapbooking, crafting, eating, taking pictures, laughing, talking, sharing, getting massages, having albums embossed, and enjoying the company of creative, like-minded, fun, caring and crafty people!!
Despite what the FB event says, it is not free! There is a $75 payment due with your registration.

>>Every cropper gets their own 6 ft table!
>>The crop room has great lighting, background music (usually- Oye, technology!!), and is a comfortable crop room with sinks in all of the rooms and a kitchen in the big rooms including coffee, tea and soda pop plus a microwave and sink!
>>People have done all sorts of projects: Scrapbooking (both traditional and digital!), card making, paper crafting, knitting, quilting, embroidery (though NOT embroidery machines- they are too loud and disruptive!), painting rocks, sewing and more- it's your weekend to relax and do whatever you'd like!
>>I have all 4 conference rooms available to us; both upstairs and downstairs. With the people that signed up from the November weekend crop and since, we are about half full so do not delay sending in your registration!
>>The Early Bird Deadline is January 5, 2026 so be sure to postmark your registration by then to save a $10 late fee! I usually sell out- it's already about 50% full!
>>Registration Closes on Monday, January 12, 2026!! Definitely don't miss this deadline!!
>>Stay overnight at the Hampton Inn and crop in your PJs! (Hotel overnight stay is not required to attend this crop but sure makes it more relaxing and fun! Plus they have a great pool and hot tub... just sayin'!)
>>Massages from a professional masseuse are available Friday, Saturday AND Sunday for an extra fee.
>>An album embosser, Ken Hajduk of Personalized Imprints, will be there on *Saturday* to emboss your album covers and spines for an extra fee.

Remember: **Early Bird Deadline is January 5, 2026!!! Register by this date so that you don't have to pay a $10 Late Fee! Plus, the crop usually sells out quickly!! It's already about 50% full! So Register right now so you won't be disappointed when it is sold out and you have to get on the Waitlist instead!!
☆ I host 3 big weekend crops each year at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Aurora Illinois, easily accessible from I-88! Winter, Spring and Fall! I only open registration for one crop at a time.
