Join us for the 2026 JayDoc Awards & Fundraising Banquet celebrating the achievements of clinic volunteers and raising crucial funds for providing comprehensive diabetes care at JayDoc Community Clinic in Wichita.The JayDoc Community Clinic, in partnership with Guadalupe Clinic, provides free health care to medically underserved patients while also offering an opportunity for students to gain hands-on clinical experience.
This event will be an evening of celebration, recognition and giving back. To mark this special occasion, we kindly request all attendees arrive in semi-formal attire (coat + tie, dresses long or short, slacks/skirts + blouse).
The event will kick off at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, with live music and cocktails (cash bar), followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m., and ending with an awards ceremony acknowledging the year's most remarkable attendings, residents and students for their dedication to JayDoc Community Clinic in Wichita. There will also be a silent auction to help raise funds for providing comprehensive diabetes care at the clinic.
Student volunteers can attend at no cost, thanks to the generosity of donors. Volunteers can purchase one additional ticket for a guest for $40. Tickets for additional guests and non-student attendees are $100 or $800 for a table of eight.
