Step into the new year with intention and creativity by joining us in making our 2026 vision boards. This workshop is designed to help you reflect on the past year, clarify your goals, and visualize what you want to bring into your life.
Through guided exercises, creative collage, and personal reflection, you’ll create a vision board that reflects your aspirations and brings balance to all aspects of your life. Using the teachings of the medicine wheel, we'll explore the goals for the coming year through mind, body, emotion, and spirit. The Medicine Wheel framework provides a holistic approach, helping you set intentions not just for what you do, but for how you think, feel, and nurture yourself throughout the year.
All materials will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary to attend.
