FREE ADMISSIONOur holistic healing and wellness fair will combine medical cannabis with many alternative holistic therapies to bring hope and healing to those in need. One of our goals is to bring local practitioners to the holistic fairs to showcase their modalities. The 2026 Hernando County Alternative Medicine Expo will feature many local vendors who want to expand their client base. If you are interested in attending the event, respond to our email and we will send you a vendor form. Besides the Cannabis dispensaries, there will be food vendors, craft vendors, and educational lectures about medical cannabis and other holistic modalities in the main lecture hall.
