About this Event
Welcome to the Acorns to Oak Trees Tribal Outreach Event!
Join us at the Harley’s Hope Project Tribal Outreach Event at our new Northern California location in Santa Rosa, CA, in partnership with North Bay Regional Center.
This one-day event offers free developmental assessments, IEP/504 support, child development resources, connections to North Bay Regional Center and other local services, and engaging activities for families. Enjoy a day filled with family fun, raffles, food, and culturally grounded support—all at no cost to Native families.
To help us better serve your family and reduce wait times, we encourage pre-registration. This allows us to begin the assessment process ahead of the event so you can spend more time enjoying lunch and activities with your child while connecting with our staff and partners. After you register, we will follow up to collect additional information and may send some assessments electronically. If you need assistance completing any questionnaires, we are happy to support you by phone.
Notice: Photos and videos may be taken during the event for Acorns to Oak Trees outreach and promotional use. We will coordinate with North Bay Regional Center to follow up with referred families for ongoing services and scheduling. All assessment reports are confidential and shared only with the parent or caregiver unless a signed release of information is provided.
We can’t wait to see you there! 🌳🍃 Help us Spread the word! 📣✨
