The Submarine Officers’ Spouses’ Association Charitable Association (SOSACA), in conjunction with Naval Submarine Base New London area Chief Spouses, are excited to announce that we will be hosting the 2026 Groton Silent Services Charities Auction of Saturday, February 21st, 2026. The annual event is an in-person auction held this year at the Mystic Aquarium, with proceeds benefiting the Dolphin Scholarship Foundation and the Submarine Veterans Scholarship Program. Last year we raised over $13,000 for these amazing programs!
This event is adults only and is open to E-7 and above alone with their spouses/significant others.
