The 37th Florida Ruminant Nutrition Symposium will be held at the Best Western Gateway Grand, Gainesville, Florida on February 23 to 25, 2026. The Symposium is recognized as one of the premier conferences in nutrition of dairy and beef cattle. The Symposium is designed for people who want to acquire current knowledge of diet formulation and nutritional management of dairy and beef cattle to improve efficiency of nutrient utilization, and animal production, health, and reproduction. Nutritionists, extension specialists, veterinarians, researchers, producers, graduate students, and allied industry representatives will find the information in this symposium extremely valuable. It is also an excellent opportunity for networking with colleagues specializing in cattle nutrition. The 2026 program is a 2.5-day event with numerous speakers covering a multitude of topics on nutrition and metabolism of dairy and beef cattle. The 2026 program includes an additional 3.5-hour training using the CNCPS Biology with the NDS software to depict the most current ruminant nutrition biology and outputs for farm operations and animal health and production.
