Annual Fitness Expo will be Saturday 10 January 2026 from 10am-2pm at EFC!!! This is an annual event with aerobics class demos, prizes, activities for kids, booths with base agencies and lots of fun!!
There will be 10 minute demos of many of our Aerobics Classes and each demo you attend with be another change to win a prize! Prizes will be drawn at the end of each demo class and large prizes will be drawn at the end of the expo.
This event is family friendly with lots of events for adults and kids from bounce houses to games to aerobics demos! Don't miss out!!!
