ODP 2026 is a 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲-𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟰𝟬-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 Officer Development Program that blends a focused “operator” mindset with a beachfront reset on the Gulf Coast.

This program is built for firefighters and officers who want more than check-the-box training:
• Firefighters preparing for promotion or assessment centers
• Company officers and acting officers who need cleaner decision-making under pressure

We’re not trying to turn you into soldiers. We’re taking the 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 of that mindset and applying it to the fireground and the firehouse:
• 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 over luck
• 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘀 when it’s loud and chaotic
• 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 for appearance, presence, and performance
• 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 on real incidents, not “what-ifs”
The focus is on being the calm, disciplined operator your crew expects when things start to go sideways.

Across 5 days and 40 hours, you’ll move through an integrated officer curriculum:

– Leading up and down the chain
– Setting expectations and holding the line
– Correcting performance without killing morale

– Commercial, residential, high-rise, and interface incidents
– Tactical pacing, coordination, and risk vs. gain
– Command simulations that mirror the way you really operate

– Assessment center prep and strategy
– Building a long-term plan for your fire service career
