2026 Confidence Reset for Women - New York

This 2-hour workshop is an easy, reflective space for women who feel disconnected from their confidence after illness, heartbreak, burnout, or years of focusing on others. Women who now want to reconnect without pressure or performance.

The workshop is not about fixing yourself or forcing clarity. It is a come as you are and exhale space.

You may find the experience helpful if you:

• Have experienced health challenges that changed your energy, body, or identity
• Were worn down by emotionally draining relationships
• Felt dismissed, underestimated, or eroded by difficult colleagues or work cultures
• Internalized social pressure around age, timing, success, or “being realistic”
• Secretly believe “maybe it’s too late for me”

Info: Reframe confidence beyond appearance, performance and perspectives. Through gentle, perception-based practices, participants explore what confidence looks like now.

Info: Many beliefs about who we are come from past relationships, work environments, and cultural expectations. This session supports participants to identify and release “expired identities” and consciously choose one belief to carry forward.

Info: Through guided activities and reflection, participants reconnect with a dream that still feels alive. The focus is on meeting one’s future self with compassion and making peace with starting small or differently.

Info: Closing to help participants integrate what has surfaced throughout the experience. Reflect, ground insights, and leave with clarity not urgency carrying one intention forward with calm confidence and self-trust.
