The CBT Intensive is a 40-hour, highly experiential training designed to give you real, practical mastery—not just theory. With a small class size and hands-on learning at the center of every session, you won’t just learn CBT… you’ll practice it, apply it, and leave knowing exactly how to use it with your clients.
Taught by Ryan M. Sheade, LCSW, this intensive blends core cognitive-behavioral techniques with trauma-informed theory so you can conceptualize cases more clearly and intervene more effectively. It’s clinical depth, clarity, and confidence all in one immersive experience.
