Session One:
Ice 101: Go from Zero to Ice Hero! The WArM Way 9am - 12:30pm
Never dropped a line through the ice? No problem! Our morning session is built for beginners, guaranteeing you master the essentials like a pro. We'll cover:
Session 1 - Ice Safety & Preparation
Session 2 - Gear Introductions
Session 3 - Bait and Tackle Basics
Session 4 - Catching & Handling Fish
The best part? It's all happening inside a toasty, heated icehouse! No frostbite required.
Lunch:
Both 101 and 201 will get together for lunch, 12:30pm-1pm. Open Fishing and Using an Ice Auger.
Session Two:
Ice 201: Tech Talk & Next-Level Tactics! 1pm - 4pm
For those who know the basics and are ready to level up—this afternoon session is for you! We’re taking a deep dive into the cutting-edge toys and techniques that land the big ones. We’ll show you the magic of:
Session 1 - Ice Camping
Session 2 - Understanding Forward Facing Sonar
Session 3 - Tip-Ups
Session 4 - Species Specific Tactics - Walleye, Panfish, Perch
Put Your Skills to the Test!
After both classes wrap up, stick around and put your new knowledge to the ultimate test! All students will have the opportunity to fish in the super-comfy bougie houses until 5:00pm. It's the perfect victory lap! All gear, bait snacks/lunch and electronics provided. You bring yourself ~ we take care of the rest!
