About this Event
In honor of Black History Month, we are excited to share that the Los Angeles County African American Employees Association will host a series of visits to places across Los Angeles County that mark key moments, people, and culture in African American history. Each visit will focused on exploring the contributions and impact of African Americans (Black) across the County of Los Angeles.
These visits will provide us with space to learn, reflect, and celebrate the contribution of Black/African-American Angelenos. We will honor the heritage, promote ross-cultural learning, and invite the participation from all ethnic groups, fostering belonging, understanding, and unity throughout the County.
