What is JAB Biggest Loser?
At its core, this challenge is about eliminating excuses so that you are successful at building a strong foundation for long-term health, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll be supported as you unlock your potential, build new habits, and prove to yourself that CHANGE IS POSSIBLE — no matter where you’re starting from. You do NOT need any specific level of fitness experience. This challenge is for first-timers and seasoned athletes alike. You will never be left to figure it out alone — a personal coach will be available throughout the entire challenge to guide you, support you, and keep you accountable every step of the way.
So many of us find ourselves stuck in cycles that no longer serve us. Cycles of starting and stopping. Cycles of putting ourselves last. Cycles that were passed down long before we ever had a say. This challenge is designed to help you recognize those patterns and begin breaking them, one day at a time.
