Angela Grogan has been running this programme since 2018 and has spent over three decades supporting family and privately owned businesses, helping leaders shape strategy, lift performance, build high functioning teams and actually implement the things that matter. She's known for sticking around, rolling up her sleeves and helping leaders make change happen. Change is hard, that’s why she stays involved to give them the best chance of success.
