Tuesday, November 18th - 6pm - 8pmMandatory Player/Parent ROOKIE ONLY meeting will be held Tuesday, November 18th at Billings West High Auditorium. This is a mandatory meeting that the rookie player and at least one parent must attend. At this meeting, we will hand out all rookie packets and go over the fundraising available to all players and explain the guidelines. The cost per player will be announced at the meeting following the approval of the 2026 Budget by the Board of Directors at the monthly board meeting.

Mandatory Player/Parent Meeting ALL PLAYERS (including Rookies) will be held Tuesday, November 18th directly following the Rookie Meeting. This is a mandatory meeting that the player and at least one parent must attend. At this meeting the Chairman of BALB, DJ Smith, will speak to everyone. There will also be other important information regarding upcoming events and fundraising. After the main meetings, we will split out into the Red Side, Blue Side, and Post 4 Teams where you will have a brief meeting with your coaches and booster clubs.
Meeting will be held in the Auditorium at Billings West High School.
