The 2026 Annual Conference & Expo brings together aging services professionals from across Nebraska for three energizing days of education, connection, and practical takeaways. Every day, leaders and team members across your organization demonstrate creativity, courage, and compassion--sparking innovation, inspiring others, and making a meaningful difference for the people they serve.Monday, March 16 kicks things off with a Pre-Conference session and a Welcome Reception.
Tuesday, March 17 marks Day One of the conference, featuring in-depth sessions for SNF and assisted living providers, along with targeted breakouts for HCBS, direct care staff, hospice, and more. The day concludes with our Signature Social at The American Automobile Experience.
Wednesday, March 18 is Day Two--and Expo Day! The Carnival of Change Expo brings a fun, high-energy atmosphere, along with additional breakout sessions and two inspiring keynote presentations to close out the conference.
