📋 Eligibility & Skill Levels
League Area: Both players must be from SWM APA.
Active Status: Must be on an active 8-Ball roster for the Spring 2026 session.
Skill Level Cap: The Combined team skill level maximum is 10.
Match Requirements:
Minimum 10 matches in 8-Ball played within the last 2 years.
Vegas Requirement: Players must reach 20 total matches by February 28, 2026, to be eligible for the Vegas board.
Dues: 2026 APA dues must be paid via the app.
🏆 Tournament Rules
Format: Alternate Shot, Modified Single Elimination.
Gameplay: One timeout per game; time guidelines strictly enforced.

The winner of this event does not go to Vegas automatically. Instead:
Event 1: Winner of this Black River Billiards event (1/17/26).
Event 2: Winner of the Campus Q event (2/7/26).
The Playoff: The winners of these two events will face off on February 28, 2026, to determine who wins the Vegas spot.
