2025 GRADUATION CEREMONY NOTICEThis is a notice to all ZIBFS students who completed their studies in the course of 2024 at various levels. During this event, the Institute will also unveil the new graduation attire for the academic certificate and diploma levels, featuring the official ZIBFS logo.
DATE: SATURDAY 15TH MARCH 2025
VENUE: New Government Complex, Next to Lusaka Museum, Lusaka.
TIME: 08:30hours
COMPULSORY GRADUATION FEES:
Please note that the graduation fee is COMPULSORY, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not. The deadline for graduation registration is 28th February 2025, by way of paying the 2025 annual membership subscription fee and the graduation fee.
The 1st draft list for all graduating students will be shared on Institute platforms separately in January 2025. All students who are eligible to graduate are advised to check the list at the time and quickly notify the Institute if any of the names are wrongly spelled or if they have been completely omitted from the list. This feedback should be given to the Institute before 14th February 2025 to prepare for the generation of the final graduation list.
1. CERTIFICATE & DIPLOMA LEVELS:
The Graduation Fee is K850.00 (inclusive of hire of the new Graduation Attire). Please note that this fee is compulsory, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not.
NOTE:
In the event that one wishes to purchase a gown, an extra K350.00 must be paid on top of the Graduation fee. The Membership Subscription fee is not covered in the graduation fee. Therefore, the Subscription fee must be up-to-date before one can pay for the graduation fee or collect their certificate.
2. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA, CERTIFIED CREDIT & POST GRADUATE LEVELS:
The Graduation Fee is K900.00 (inclusive of hire of Graduation Attire). Please note that this fee is compulsory, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not.
NOTE:
In the event that one wishes to purchase a gown, an extra K400.00 must be paid on top of the Graduation fee. The Membership Subscription fee is not covered in this graduation fee. Therefore, the Subscription fee must be up-to-date before one can pay for the graduation fee or collect their certificate.
2025 SUBSCRIPTION FEES:
All 2025 paid up members enjoy the benefit of the Group Funeral Assurance Cover:
- Affiliate Members: K920
- Industry Members: K1,150
- Associate Members: K1,480
GRADUATION REHEARSALS:
The graduation rehearsal will be held on Thursday 13th March 2025 at the New Government Complex main hall from 14:30hrs - 15:30hrs.
