Energy Arts is hosting a 2025 Year of the Wood Snake Celebration at the Energy Arts Training Center in Longmont, CO at 1602 9th Ave. Come attend and watch classes on Tai Chi for Meditation, Ba Gua and the Lower Dantien, and Daoist meditation led by an authentic Daoist Water Tradition Lineage Holder! Learn about internal arts, indulge in free food and tea, or just enjoy socializing and getting to know the Energy Arts community and instructors. Start the new year right and begin a healthy, empowering practice focused on well-being, healing, dissolving your inner blockages and tension, and getting to know your body and mind intimately. Food, Tea, and Open Social in the Lobby - 12:30PM-3:00PM
*Note: Classes are mid-session, and new guests may find the practices difficult or too advanced. All are welcome to watch and try to follow along, though please feel free to rest, sit down, or step out of the training hall for a break anytime you need! We encourage new students to start with beginner classes at the beginning of each class session to experience the most growth in the shortest timeframe and safest way possible.
