It's a Xmas party! Pot-luck style, so bring a holiday dish to share if you like. BYOB, so bring your own beverages (although Santa usually provides some egg nog and/or other beverages). AND WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE ! Bring a gift (WRAPPED!) $25 limit.
It can be anything that is throwable, drinkable or otherwise consumable, or anything otherwise disc golf related. And yes, there have been some rather interesting interpretations of that rule over the years.
When you place your gift on the table, you will be given a raffle ticket, we will draw for present picking order. 1st number drawn picks a present and opens it. 2nd number picked may steal that present , or open a new one. 3rd number drawn may steal either of those first two gifts or open a new one. ONCE YOU HAVED UNWRAPPED A GIFT, YOUR TURN IS DONE. YOU ARE STUCK WITH THAT GIFT UNTIL SOMEONE STEALS IT. Once a gift is stolen from someone , then they open a new gift.
THERE IS NO LIMIT TO HOW MANY TIMES A GIFT CAN BE STOLEN! After all numbers have been drawn, the 1st person picked may steal any gift they like. That ends the exchange of gifts. This will be explained again before we start. ;-)
Party starts at 7 p.m.
SANTA WILL MAKE AN APPEARANCE AROUND 7:15-7:30
GIFT EXCHANGE WILL START AT 8-ish P.M.
