About this Event

Kids ages 2-5 select a pedal car provided by local merchants and race 500 inches down Ballard Avenue in heats of seven in historic downtown Wylie.

The $15 entry fee includes a T-shirt and ribbon. Winners receive trophies in two age brackets (2-3; 4-5). Proceeds benefit area Special Olympics and historic downtown Wylie beautification.

Spots are limited, so register today. This is a rain-or-shine event.

Schedule:

Ages 2-3, Check-in 1PM; Races start at 2PM (please arrive no later than 1:45 PM)
Ages 4-5, Check-in 2PM; Races start at 3PM (Please arrive no later than 2:45PM

The Wylie 500 Pedal Car Race in historic downtown Wylie is presented by the Wylie Downtown Merchants Association, the City of Wylie, Ballard Street Cafe, and Community Wealth Advisors-Raymond James.
